Settings, pricing and cancelling
Changing subjects and types, switching plan, and what happens after you cancel.
Settings come in two halves
- App settings — subjects, assignment types, record labels, workspace name
- Account settings — how you sign in, and billing
Assignment types and record labels can be renamed or added to. Ones you haven't used can be deleted. Ones already in use can be hidden instead — deleting them would make old records unreadable.
Pricing
Price depends only on how many students you're currently teaching. The number of assignments, tests or AI assists doesn't change it. Up to three students is free, with no time limit.
Archived students don't count. You can change plan whenever you like, and the difference is prorated.
You're billed in the currency of the site you're on
The English site bills in US dollars, the Japanese site in Japanese yen. Neither is a converted figure with odd decimals — both are set as round prices. Switching language switches the currency.
If you cancel
Cancel from inside the app whenever you want. You keep everything until the period you've paid for ends, then drop to the free plan. No student, record, assignment or test is ever deleted.
Credit card only
Payments run through Stripe. We never hold your card number. Receipts download from inside the app.
