FAQ

Before you start

Does it work for subjects other than English?

Yes. You name the assignment types and the sticking-point categories yourself. Maths, music — the same. We don't impose our own taxonomy.

How do students use it?

They open an invite link. Nothing to install. They view assignments in a phone browser and submit photos or audio directly.

Can I bring my existing roster?

Excel or CSV, imported as-is. No required format. AI reads what each column means and always shows you a confirmation screen first.

What if I run more than one classroom?

Split by classroom and limit which students each teacher sees. Part-time teachers can't see other classrooms. Students who only came for a trial can be registered without assigning a teacher.

Does heavy AI use increase the bill?

No. Each plan includes a set number of AI runs per month. When they're gone, only AI pauses, and it resets on the 1st. Nothing is billed afterwards. Your remaining count is always in settings.

What if I want to stop?

Cancel any time. You keep access until the period you've paid for ends.
