Archiving a student you've finished with takes them off the count. Their records stay.
Common questions
- How far does the free plan go?
- Up to 3 students with no feature limits. Records, assignments, tests, messages, scheduling and student sign-in are all included, with no time limit.
- How is the price decided?
- Only by how many students you're currently teaching. The number of assignments, tests or AI assists doesn't change it. Archiving a student you've finished with takes them off the count, so your bill drops — their records stay.
- Can I change plan later?
- Any time, and the difference is prorated. Going over your student limit never locks you out of your records — we just tell you on screen.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You can cancel from inside the app and keep full access until the period you've paid for ends. After that you drop to the free plan, and every student, record, assignment and test stays where it is.
- How do I pay?
- Credit card only. Payments run through Stripe, and we never hold your card details. Receipts download from inside the app.
- Will I be charged in the currency shown?
- Yes. The Japanese site bills in Japanese yen and the English site bills in US dollars. Neither is a converted figure with odd decimals — both are set as round prices. Switching language switches the currency.
